Frequently Asked Questions

How often should my dog be groomed?
We generally recommend a full grooming session every 4 to 6 weeks. Long-haired breeds (such as Poodles and Bichon Frises) should be trimmed every 3 to 4 weeks to prevent matting. Short-haired breeds can go 4 to 8 weeks between baths. Our groomers will recommend a schedule based on your pet's specific needs.
Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for nail trims. For baths and full grooming, we recommend booking ahead via WhatsApp — especially on weekends when slots fill up quickly. We can usually fit you in within 2 to 3 days. For urgent requests, feel free to message us.
What vaccinations are required for boarding?
Dogs must have valid DHPPi (5-in-1) and rabies vaccination certificates. Cats need an FVRCP (3-in-1) certificate. Vaccinations must be administered at least two weeks before the stay, and external parasite treatment must be completed within 30 days prior to check-in.
Can I stay and watch during the grooming session?
Most pets are calmer when their owner is out of sight. We suggest relaxing in our waiting area or stepping out — we'll WhatsApp you the moment we're done. If you have special requirements, just let us know ahead of time.
How long does a full grooming session take?
It depends on the breed and coat condition, but typically 1.5 to 3 hours. Small dogs usually take about 1.5 to 2 hours, while medium and large dogs take around 2 to 3 hours. We'll give you an estimated finish time before we start.
Do you offer pet pick-up and delivery?
Yes! We offer pet transport across Kowloon, starting from $19 one way. Our drivers are trained in pet handling, and vehicles are equipped with safety harnesses. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a pick-up.
